Plympton Foodbank provides a minimum of three days’ emergency food and support to local people experiencing crisis.
Volunteers play a crucial role in the running of the food bank.
We are looking for volunteers to work in our distribution centres providing direct support to people who use food banks.
Picking their food for their parels, making them feel comfortable and providing further signposting support where appropriate. You would be helping to ensure a dignified experience to anyone visiting a food bank and signposting people for further support which can help lift them from poverty.
